Refund policy
Returns
We do not accept returns just because you didn’t like the product or changed your mind. This includes issues related to personal taste, size preferences, or delays caused by courier partners.
A return request will be accepted if raised within 2 days of delivery and only if you received a damaged product, or you received a wrong item (different from what you ordered). No other reasons will be considered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must upload the video proof of the issue, and the video must clearly show the sealed package being opened. Additonally, you can upload the clear images showing the damage, or wrong item.

The company’s decision on return approval is final and binding. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
